The new \"Saarburg-Terrassen\" real estate project is the largest conversion project in the city of Saarbrücken.
A new district is being built on the approximately 25 hectares of the former French \"de Lattre barracks\".

With this project, the city of Sarrebourg is creating new housing, a green corridor that connects the different districts, squares that create the identity of the city, as well as a transition to the landscape by integrating the former kitchen and the \"Jardins de Sarrebourg\", a permanent exhibition space for garden culture. Additional offerings, such as the construction of a convenience store, a medical center, a training center and other service offerings, complete the development.
