* Bathroom shared only with one other student

* Possibility to install a drying rack in the basement

The House and Its Residents The house is occupied by:

* Two owners

* One other student

* The future tenant

There will be a total of 4 people living in the house.

Cohabitation Rules

* Visitors allowed only until 11:00 PM

* Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in the student rooms

* Calm environment, perfect for studying Rent and Conditions

* Rent: €600 / month

This price includes:

- Cleaning lady every 2 weeks

- Water

- Heating of the room

* 6-month lease, automatically renewed for another 6 months if no notice of termination is given.

* The security deposit is €1,000.
