The apartment is located on the 4^th floor in the “Montrevel” building and is available immediately. The apartment is completely furnished and equipped and has a surface of about 118 m². The price of the monthly rent is € 2.750.

 The apartment can also be rented unfurnished.

It is situated on the last floor of the Avalon-building which is close to the business center Kirchberg, the shopping mall, the hospital, the international road access and all other facilities and shops in Luxembourg-Kirchberg. Also the access to the tram and the public transport is very quick.

The apartment comprises a huge luminous living room (42 m²), two sleeping rooms with built-in closets, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and washing machine and one with a shower cabin and toilet), a fully equipped (not open) kitchen with all utensils, a separate toilet, a lobby, a small open dressing, a huge balcony with view over the Avalon park, an underground parking and a cellar. The apartment is completely done in wooden floor except for the bathrooms. There is a common bicycle and litter room as well as a common laundry.
